## Changes

- Desktop body text floor: 16px.
- Arabic body baseline: 17px.
- Section headings: 24-28px.
- Action titles: 21px.
- Decision text: 16px English / 17px Arabic.
- Owner and due-date text: minimum 14px.
- Status badges: minimum 12px.
- Executive buttons: 16px with larger action targets.
- Stronger line-height and contrast for explanatory content.
- Mobile readability floor retained at 16px.
- Print layout remains compact and separate.
- New read-only QA endpoint validates the standard.

## No functional changes

No Oracle schema, review workflow, governance workflow, action logic, or audit persistence changes are included.
