# Phase 10.7.1 - Leadership Huddle Purpose & Executive UX Redesign

## Purpose

The Leadership Huddle is no longer a second KPI dashboard. The Executive Command Center answers **what is happening now**. The Leadership Huddle answers **what changed, what needs a decision, who owns what, what is overdue, what was decided, and what happens next**.

## Executive meeting questions

1. What changed since yesterday?
2. What needs a leadership decision today?
3. What is overdue?
4. Who owns what?
5. What was decided today?
6. What happens next?

## UX changes

- Removed the repeated eight-KPI wall from the Huddle view.
- Shows only material day-over-day movements, capped at four.
- Creates a four-item decision agenda with `Why now` and `Decision required`.
- Adds meeting-specific focus counters for decisions, overdue commitments, follow-up due, and ownership gaps.
- Adds open commitments sorted by accountability risk.
- Adds owner accountability workload.
- Shows only documented human decisions/resolutions for the operational day.
- Excludes QA actors and obvious placeholder notes from documented decisions.
- Keeps print layout and bilingual English/Arabic support.

## Data safety

- Read-only.
- No new SQL.
- No INSERT, UPDATE or DELETE path.
- Existing Oracle review and governance data are reused without modification.
