# H11.0-P5.1 — Shared Executive UX Design Contract

## Mandatory architecture rule

This phase does **not** introduce a Visits-specific stylesheet.

All new visual behavior is implemented through the shared layers:

- `public/assets/css/executive-ui-core.css`
- `app/Views/components/executive/components.php`
- `app/Views/layouts/main.php`

The Visits view only composes shared components and shared utility classes.

## Executive Leadership UI Standard

The design must support understanding in 3–5 seconds:

1. current state,
2. change,
3. material issue/opportunity,
4. decision or attention required,
5. owner/action when applicable.

Typography baseline:

- English body: 16px minimum.
- Arabic body: 17px minimum.
- Section headings: 22–28px.
- Main page title: compact executive scale, not oversized decorative text.
- Buttons: minimum 48px target height.

## H11.0-P5.1 visual closure scope

- Replace the oversized Visits hero with a compact shared executive page-intro component.
- Reduce global sticky topbar density through the shared global design layer.
- Remove the duplicate high-level metric strip on Visits.
- Preserve a single clear reporting-period summary.
- Compact chart height and remove unnecessary vertical whitespace.
- Replace empty full tables/cards with shared compact no-data states.
- Remove technical user-facing wording such as “Legacy parity monitored”.
- Preserve real production paths, live data, Oracle parity and branch-readiness policy.
- No new page CSS.
- No new page JS.
- No Oracle writes.

## Future reuse

The new shared components are intended for later adoption by:

- Overview
- Revenue
- Specialty Finance
- Doctors
- Beds & Capacity
- Operations
- Lab & Radiology
- Action Center
- Leadership Huddle

This prevents independent page-by-page styling and further code fragmentation.
